How to limit token consumption by license key

In chatPowerBI, you can limit token consumption per license key to ensure that a single use case does not deplete all the tokens available in your subscription. Token limits can be set at hourly, daily, or monthly intervals.

1. HOW TO SET AND LIMIT TOKEN CONSUMPTION
 Step 1) Access the User Panel and navigate to the "Consumption Limit" section. In this section on the "License keys" tab, you will see all your active licenses.

Step 2) To enable a limit, click on the pencil icon next to the desired license.

Step 3) Define the maximum number of tokens that can be consumed:

You can set limits for only one or a few of these categories. To do so, leave the others blank or set them to zero.



Step 4) Enable the "Alert Notifications" option to receive email alerts when consumption reaches 75% of the set limit. This allows you to take preventive action to avoid service interruptions. Once the settings are configured, click the "Confirm" icon.

Step 5) If the configuration is successful, a confirmation message will appear. Wait up to 1 minute for the changes to take effect on the license key. Setting consumption limit - chatPowerBI

 Step 1) Go to the User Panel and navigate to the "Consumption Limit" section in the "License keys" tab.

Step 2) Find the license you want to modify and click on the pencil icon.

Step 3) To remove the limit: set the limit values to zero or leave the fields blank. Click the "Confirm" icon.
